There Management Consulting Inc. is the fusion of Justbecuz Inc. and Adobe Consulting Services. We are a Black-owned, women-led, values-driven management consulting firm that prioritizes working with small- to medium-sized not-for-profit organizations, foundations and NGOs that are committed to creating a better world. Our consultants work domestically and internationally with clients who are changemakers doing critical work across a number of sectors, including social, gender and environmental justice; violence against women; HIV/AIDS; 2SLGBTQIA+ rights; community-based health; housing; youth employment; mental health; newcomer and settlement; prisoner justice and addictions. We also work with and support the development of a range of coalitions, coordinating committees, networks, and consortiums. We currently operate virtually and in-person.

We are accepting submissions from creative consultants and freelancers on an ongoing basis to join our creative talent roster. We're looking for creatives with skill sets that include design thinking, graphic design, editorial design, UX/UI, web development, video production, copywriting and more. PROJECT MOBILIZER
Full-time permanent

This role works closely with the Co-CEOs, Associate Consultants and the Core Team to play a supportive administrative role in projects, producing high quality work. Project Mobilizers require a keen attention to detail; strong organizational, technical and editing skills; and project coordination or management experience to help us deliver exceptional results for our clients.
