We are seeking experienced freelance Project Managers and Coordinators for ongoing contract opportunities to support our Strategy and Communications business lines. We’re looking for curious, highly organized badasses who bring both rigor and care to their work — and who are grounded in a values-driven practice, with a strong, demonstrable commitment to intersectional feminism, anti-racism, and anti-oppressive practices.

This work is well-suited to people who:

Have 3–5 years of experience managing or coordinating complex projects
Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative small-team environment

This role works closely with the Co-CEOs, Associate Consultants and the Core Team to play a supportive administrative role in projects, producing high quality work. Project Mobilizers require a keen attention to detail; strong organizational, technical and editing skills; and project coordination or management experience to help us deliver exceptional results for our clients. Our consultants work domestically and internationally with clients who are changemakers doing critical work across a number of sectors, including social, gender and environmental justice; violence against women; HIV/AIDS; 2SLGBTQIA+ rights; community-based health; housing; youth employment; mental health; newcomer and settlement; prisoner justice and addictions.
