Capital Funding Business Case

We wrote the successful business case for NYWS to receive $8.8million to build a new shelter in North West Toronto.

Beth and team have very deep and broad experience and expertise in a range of areas including strategy development, governance, human resource management, and operational excellence.

Most recently, Beth helped us to develop and refine our Theory of Change and program planning and evaluation. Their approach provides a great balance between benefitting from their knowledge and perspective while allowing for the needs and values of the organization to be fully reflected.
