As WISH Drop-In Society  transitioned out of their COVID emergency response, they were  focusing efforts on strengthening their capacity and continuing to improve the supports available to participants. As a result, we developed and delivered a full-scale Organizational Development Review, designed to evaluate workplace culture, identify opportunities to improve their work and staff supports, and implement actionable changes to strengthen service delivery.
