There Management Consulting Inc. is the fusion of Justbecuz Inc., a communications studio and Adobe Consulting Services, an organizational development strategy house.  We are a Black owned, women-led, values-driven management consulting firm that prioritizes working with small to medium sized not for profit organizations, foundations and NGOs that are committed to creating a better world.  Our consultants work domestically and internationally with clients who are change-makers doing critical work in social, gender and environmental justice, violence against women, HIV/AIDS, 2SLGBTTI rights, community-based health, housing, youth employment, mental health, newcomer and settlement, prisoner justice and addictions services. We also work with and support the development of a range of coalitions, coordinating committees, networks, and consortiums.
